What's Included
Every install covers the whole job, from the pallet to the first heat:
- Parts check: we go through the kit before assembly and flag missing or damaged pieces
- Site prep: a level pad, screw piles or deck check for outdoor units
- Assembly: built to the manufacturer's instructions, with walls, benches, door and roof done properly
- Heater setup: electric or wood-fired, with a licensed electrician for the hardwired connection
- First heat: we fire it up with you and cover the basics of care

Yes. Kits from big-box stores, online retailers and dealers are all welcome. Just tell us the brand and model.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on the size and wiring. See our outdoor saunas page for the basics, and we'll confirm for your install.
My kit is already half built. Can you finish it?
